5th gear vibrates on my 2003 rav

Hi, I have a problem where the 5th gear makes a rumbling/vibrating sensation throughout the gear leaver and also steering wheel and seat. This only happens when it’s under load and stops as soon as I release the gas pedal. 
 

i just changed the 5th gear and sleeve hoping it would fix the problem.
