Shine - the underwriters of Toyota’s minor damage insurance option will now pay, without query, for damage to bumpers rather than trying to avoid their responsibility by maintaining that these are ‘decorative plastic panels’ so if you have had a claim refused complain to Toyota Insurance Services.
