Wigan hybrid repairs

Wondering if anyone has used Kasper from Wigan to repair a faulty hybrid Estima Battery. His name has been floated on this forum a few times, but I'm looking for actual reviews in the absence on an online presence. 

I've got the usual issue where lights come on the dash to do with traction/skid, exclamation etc and Estima goes into petrol only mode, disconnecting Battery and reconnecting removes then albeit temporarily. Faulty cells will need to be tested and replaced/repaired.

I'm not based near him, but not a million miles away (2-3hrs). Just wondering whether it's worth taking the trip up to see him or stick to a several local fix places (which I equally have little info to go on) though they claim they can fix at a similar price.

Kaspers is also mentioned on the Facebook forums regularly too. I’ve not come across a negative opinion or viewpoint of him yet.
