Passenger Windows - Driver Door Control

hi all, 

I've just bought a Toyota Yaris (Hybrid) from 2020; the passenger windows' controls on my driver door don't seem to work. The driver window controls work fine, but I cannot control the passenger windows from the controls on my driver door. Do you have any idea on how I can solve this?

Has the isolation button on the drivers door by the window switches (graphic of an opening window crossed through) been accidentally depressed ????

Hi, I have tried with the isolation button (in both ways: depressed and not depressed), but the commands are still not working. Do you think it might be a fuse, or maybe something is happening in the wires on those commands? Thank you

Well if you've just bought it, take it back to the selling dealer for the issues to be resolved. This isn't a warranty issue as, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the fault is presumed to have been there when you bought the car. See:

Does the window work from the passenger side switch ?

Yes, it works. I just cannot command the other passenger windows from my driver seat. I can only lock them.

pull the switch up (like winding up the window) hold for 10 seconds, press the switch down and hold for 10 seconds

 

if you have no luck pop the switch up with a trim tool or taped-up flat blade and unplug it then plug it back in

Thank you, I have tried to re-set up the windows but no luck. I will ask the car dealer to pop the switch up with a trim tool or to solve the problem, as I had my car just over one week. Thank you
