Spacesaver Wheel & Other Accessories

Hi Everyone 👋 - joined recently as about to buy an Aygo X - it's our first Toyota so a big learning curve! With regards to accessories we understand that the alloy wheels should have locking wheel nuts/bolts as standard, will buy the mud flaps, rubber mats, boot liner & rear seat protector to help protect it. The sales staff don't seem to have much knowledge about these extras & also not about the optional spacesaver wheel so thought I should ask on here - does the genuine Toyota one fit neatly in the recess in the boot or does it raise up the floor mat, what part number & where to buy from if dealer can't help please? Are there any Toyota dealers who sell accessories online at good prices & does this Owners Club get any discounts? Are there any other useful bits & pieces that we should consider?

For our 2016 Aygo, the Toyota space saver kit fitted into the wheel well without issue - presume the same will app!y to the Aygo X.

Ordered our Aygo X Edge now & sorted all the accessories apart from the mud flaps - only Burrows (Sheffield Toyota dealership) have stock at £99.99 for a set on their eBay shop https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/355715701005?itmmeta=01J44722Q666AJJMD9DQ5CJD7B&hash=item52d24ed90d:g:1EsAAOSwDdBmRIaV so almost double the £55 Toyota website accessory listing price! It's cheaper than the £140 that they quoted over the phone though & that is supply only not fitted 😲

The mudflaps, when you can get them, are really easy to fit yourself. Takes about a hour all in and that's a leisurely tinker.
And yes, they really do help keep the crap off the side of the car.
