Radio not working

Hi,

I have a Toyota Aygo 2010, radio has stopped working, I have tries the following:

Test if 12v DC is entering radio which it is.

Replaced radio unit.

Replace fuse.

All these have come to no avail and now scratching my head, any ideas what the issue could be?

checked the fuses ? anything else not working

There should be two 12v going into the Radio:

1. An ALWAYS Live 12v (the main power supply as well as keeping the CLOCK's time & settings)

2. Ignition Live 12v that goes live when you turn the key one notch.  The purpose is to wake the Radio up when the key is turned.

Check which 12v you are missing at the cable that goes into the radio.

If both were present, check for ground.

If all the input (2 x 12v live and ground) were present, then it would be a faulty radio.
