Hi, I have a 2009 Urban Cruiser 1.4D 2wd. I have welded some on my chassie, the box that holde the nut for the back axle bolt. Then I see a hole with a nut  3-4 inch above the mount hole that my axle are mounted. And this is a great hole to get water inside the mount box. Is it suppose to sit a form of blocking prop there to prevent dirt and moist to enter?

And what is it for? The 4wd axle mount maybe?
