Hello everyone

I have a question regarding my Toyota Aygo. A few weeks ago someone bumped into my aygo (just a little bent passenger doors). My seat airbag on the passenger went off. My question now is do I just change the airbag and clear the codes or is there some sort of sensor that needs replacement too? What do you recommend? Can I try first by just simulating the airbag with a resistor and if that checks out I replace the airbag with a new one?

Model: Toyota Aygo 2006/2007, petrol

Thank you for your help

Best regards

Replace the seat if the codes will not clear from the SRS you will need to get the crash data reset

was there a passenger in the car at the time ? if so it will have fired the pretensioner as well

you need to scan for codes to see what issues you have
