My cousins 2016 Verso 1.6 d4d has engine management light on and reduced power.

These are the codes,  anyone had a similar experience or have any knowledge?

That sounds like the Timing Chain Tension has started to fail. Known issue with the 1WW (BMW N47) engine. Dependant on service history of vehicle it may be covered by Toyota warranty. If serviced outside of main dealer, then your cousin will most likely have to pay. Don't leave it as more serious damage will occur if timing chain fails. My 2014 Verso has had the work done and sounds much better for it too
