Wheel arches, should they be lacquered

Do the black wheel arches go Matt , and require constant black dressing on them , could they be laquired with a low sheen?

You can do respray or wrapping or replace these from Subaru soltera if they are exact fit. It will cost you money but if you really want them shiny and not Matt black . 👍
