Wireless Android Auto unit - hiding the cables

I have a three-button head unit with Android Auto. I have just ordered an AAWireless unit so I can avoid plugging my phone in. 

What leads, sockets and plugs would I need to do the following:

1. Re-route the AAwireless so I can keep it plugged in and hidden inside the dashboard.

2. Run a new USB lead from a fuse-tap to the OEM socket, so it still looks neat and tidy.

 

I'm pretty sure this is doable, albeit a little tricky, so if you know then thanks in advance  🙂

That would be fine if I knew which wires to splice without messing everything up.

I'm figuring that, this socket should be fairly easy to unclip and hide inside the dash, with the AAWireless plugged into it:

But, I'd then need to fill the vacant hole - routing a USB cable would be the easy part, but is there any kind of USB socket that fits neatly into this space?

It's the standard USB 3 Android Auto / Car Play port - it's just very scratched up.

Or to keep everything factory and reversible, just order 2 connectors.

Yes, this will do it - and easy to reverse if and when I sell the car. Thank you 🙂
