Toyota Specialist In The Midlands?

Hi there, newbie here.

Anyone here know any specialists with good knowledge of Toyota Celicas? A friend has just bought a 91J UK Celica 2.0 GT-16, and it needs a service, disks and a clutch... plus the tracking doing. Figure we need a specialist for that really.

Welcome Chris. I have the same car but on a H plate. Had all those things done myself in recent times but I am based in North London with access to main dealers.

He'll need a spare arm and a leg at a main dealer who will be able to do it no worries if he wants to spend that sort of money. Remember it's not the parts its the labour thats crippling.

Wonder if anyone on TOC knows a independant in your area that can help.

Any mechanic worth his salt sould be able to this work within 1 day! Servicing & disks are a doddle, but the clutch is a bigger job.

You should be able to get these jobs done for £250 + parts.

Where in the Midlands do you live? If you are anywhere near Solihull, I can ask a mechanic friend of mine if he is interested.
