Would like to know what replacement parts/fixes can be done?

So I have a Toyota Yaris Icon VVT-I 2014 (Hatchback) Manual.

My first question is that the rear bumper on the 1st picture is kind of unclipping. It is on the right hand side of the vehicle. On the left hand side which can be seen on the 4th picture there is a little crack starting to develop. I am wondering on how do I get this repaired and what would be the best parts for it.

Next on the passenger side of the vehicle on the outside of the windows there is slight damage to what looks like the seals. What parts or things should I get to enable it to be fixed or replaced. This is the second picture from the link below.

Lastly, I would like to know what the name for the screw cover for the part circled in red in the image on the link. As mine is missing and I would like to replace it. I believe this cover is for the fuse box on passenger side of the vehicle that is right next to the plastic door trim.

the bumper is out of place and cracked as it has been hit or someone hit something repair or replace you will also need the 2 side brackets and/or 3M VHB foam tape

door rubbers it is a big job to swap the rubbers especially the front side light window as the door needs to come apart

the kick panel is held by a plastic push-nut 90467-06193
