Aircon pressure too high?

So ive purchased a B1479 flow sensor repair kit from eBay (https://shorturl.at/zziSL) and was going to fit it today,but checking techstream for the required voltages, I found I have B1423 (Open in Pressure Sensor Circuit/Abnormal Refrigerant Pressure)  I had the air con regassed yesterday and found that it has 213psi rising to 400psi when doing a magnetic clutch relay live test,the aircon is working during the test but stopping as the pressure gets higher,is this too high?

Any advice would be most appreciated.

Maybe take it back to whoever did the regas and query them about it?

I fitted the B1479 flow sensor repair kit from e bay (https://shorturl.at/zziSL) today,and my aircon is ice cold again,a very well spent £14.99 and an hours work, the pressure was correct ,the air con needed a good run as its been out of service for 4 years.

Just found this guy on youtube with the same fault and fix,but hes spliced into the loom,so there are 2 ways to use the flow sensor kit
