Front spotlights moulding.

Anyone know how to remove the spotlights moulding?

It moves at the top but looks like something like a bolt is holding it at the bottom. I'm looking to spray them gloss black like the GR Models.

Dont really want to have to remove front bumper.

Hi, 

most of the lights or attachments on front bumpers are fitted with screws. 
You can work under the car by removing some plastics and get access to the lights . 
Here a picture of the bumper to familiarise yourself.

the fog is screwed to the trim, the trim is screwed to the bumper a total of 6 screws the hole cover is just clipped in place
