Caravan towing.

I have a 2018 Prius here in theUK. The handbook says it can tow a braked trailer of up to 725kg. I am thinking of getting an Eriba Puck caravan which has a dry weight of 600kg. Has anyone any experience of towing a small caravan with a Prius and what effect might it have on the CVT gearbox?

I have been towing 725kg (Pennine Fiesta with reduced weight plate) in 3 variants of the Gen4. 
If you can get a reduced weight plate made up for the Puck, showing the new max weight of 725, try to. 
Apparently that is important but im not sure why it matters.  
Car tows well and no loss of power on hills. Never had an issue with the CVT gearbox , even on a 10 hour trip to Cornwall.
