Does anyone know the best OBD Scanner for the C-HR that will test the hybrid Battery as well as read the fault codes.

Hi, 

you can do with Carista from Amazon. 
They have really good app with subscriptions to accommodate any needs starts from £10 for a month or £47 for a year. Also free one month when buying new adapter. Then you can use your adapter with any other app like dr. Prius, hybrid assistant etc 👍
