New to me Cross premier. It has the 9 inch screen. The manual seems to be for a different model. I can't find a way to get out of mute or turn the sound up in navigation. Help please. 2022 car.

have you downloaded it from the toyota site https://www.toyota.co.uk/customer/manuals just bung in you VIN and it will give you the correct one.
