2016 S CVT creaking when starting and stopping from 0 mph

Hey friends, my car creaks only on acceleration, when I apply gas from a stop or come to a stop. It doesn't sound like metal on metal squeal. Seems like something is moving backwards when I apply the gas and then stays back while I continue to apply gas so there's no creaking. Even if I accelerate harder. Then coming to a stop something moves back into place causing the creak again.

I'm unsure but think this showed up after my passenger front tire blew out. The tires were replaced but only visual inspection was done on brakes, suspension, etc. Thanks in advance!

without any video recorded not sure anyone can suggest anything. If you can record and share more information will be given.
