Anyone running the original Japanese head unit (aka info screen) on a 2009 or later Hybrid?

Does the powertrain display (that shows the engine, HV Battery, and front and rear electric motors) show when the rear electric motor is providing motive power
and when (if) regenerating.
And how often is it providing power, compared to the front electric motor

Without the original head unit, I have no way of observing that
There are some OBD based apps that give an overview or engine and electric usage, but none that explicitly show anything about usage of the rear electric motor (MGR)
Some notes about those on my post at

TechStream live data shows rear motor torque, but it seems to be 0 most of the time !  even under moderate-hard acceleration !?
Maybe it would make more use of it in Sport mode?  (to be tested)

TechStream live data write up to follow in another post in due course

For info, a TechStream live data view, but rear motor torque is 0 most of the time, and only blips up when starting from a standstill or near standstill
(and also goes -ve when in noticeable deceleration /regenerating)
