Replacement 12V Battery

Hi I am suffering from 12V Battery problems along with many others. The rplacement Battery is £150 approx which seems a scandalous price. I can get higher capapcity batteries that will fir and have a four year guarantee for a fraction of this price but I am worried as I believe the original b attery has an exhaust tube for overflow or gases. I can't seem to find a Battery that spicifies that it has such a vent.  Can anyonge suggest a solution

Thank you   My car is not the YAris cross as shown. I fairly quickly swopped to a 2020 Yaris which I find a. much better drive

Same vent pipe position. 

Cheapest supplier I could find
