I Have a FWD BZ4X car

Since two days ago

1. the toyota app stopped updating mileage, Battery capacity and trips and

2. Every few minites a popup error window comes in the car screen indicating error 101.

 

Has anyone had these issues and found a solution?

I do not have a solution, but driving home at teatime, I got the 'Error 101' message numerous times over about a 15 minute time span, it then stopped showing the message. Having read your post, I have just checked the My Toyota app and there are no trips showing since 14th August. 🤔

I did a search on t'internet and, lo and behold, it has been mentioned before on the forum!

 

I do not appear to have the e-call fault though, but I will be watching it now. As we have different cars, it looks like it is a Toyota fault and not car specific. As you say, methinks another update is required. Just out of interest, I have been out to the car and, under settings, it is telling me that there is no update available. Strange ...........

The Lexus link+ app is unable to connect to the car - I think the Toyota servers are down.
