Intermittent Alarm

Over the last two months I have been having the alarm go off with the vehicle untouched sitting outside at multiple different locations. Shortly after the alarm I get a message via the Toyota App that says "Camry passenger side door unlocked". Manual check all doors are locked and vehicle has been secure the entire time. If I attempt to use the App to lock the car I get an error message saying "Your request could not be completed because there was already an existing request in progress. Please wait and try again. [E0]

I've had it to the dealership numerous times and it does not happen there (of course) and no codes are present in the system. I've put a new vehicle Battery in as well as a new FOB Battery. Have also deleted and reinstalled the Toyota App on my phone multiple times.

Anyone see this before? Thoughts? Suggestions?
