My tyres went from 36/35 (front/rear) to ~30 all round over the past 3 months. Is that normal? They're Michelin but I can't remember the version, maybe cross climate2.

Totally normal.
Tyre needs check and adjust every two weeks or they will be off for sure and less you drive more they lose pressure.

Now I just kick the tyres every six months or so, and if my foot bounces off, it's all good.

Saw a pensioner do this at some Mcd I passed the other week with some youngsters around fiesta/Corsa or was it saxo? Anyway......

Mine when down 2-3 psi, topped it up.

Also pressure is linked to temperature, so as the temperature drops, so will tyre pressures go down.
