Door stoppers RAV4 2014

My RAV4 is nearly perfect, but one item is irritating: The door stoppers or holders, meant to hold the doors open is very weak. Does anybody know if this can be fixed without changing the holders?

Same problem on mk3. Many people replaced them with Skoda ones, apparently it's near perfect fit (you need to file the holes in the door a little bit). Haven't tried it myself though (got an upgrade before getting to it).
