I have a 2008 toyota yaris 1.33L. I’ve had the p0171 code for quite a while now. Took to 3 different garages. Changed oxygen sensor, cleaned MAF sensor, changed intake manifold and the gasket both. The code still keeps coming back and short term fuel trim is high as ever.

However, Just a little bit of gas makes it richer and not lean anymore. Is there a vacuum leak/ exhaust leak that I can’t find? I have attached the fuel trim values at different rpms. I don’t know what else to do now. Is it definitely a leak somewhere or can be something else? I believe it’s a leak as it instantly starts getting better after pressing gas.

The car drives just fine but taking up too much fuel. Getting terrible mileage.

thanks!
