cats are classed as vermin so if u run one over u dont have to report it or do nething about it. but if u hit a poor sweet little doggy woggy u need to shower it in love ( not in a midwest american way u cant marry it) but u are meant to report it to the police.

that is just the madist thing ever. must agree with the dog lovers cats are sitting at the right hand of the devil(and iam not talking back boxes). and cats don't dump in the street they dump in my garden. i had a cat kill £60 worth of plants in my garden just by weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee what do they drink . anything that can kill with urin is dodgy.
