Toyota avensis 2018 resets trip computer

Hi

everttime i start my toyota avensis 2018(180k miles) , all the info on trip computer like mpg and all that resets itself. And car taking time to start aswell. Got the battry checked but battry is fine giving 12v before start, 10v-11v between start and 14v after its started.  
machenic says battry and alternator working fine 
can anybody knows what could be the problem.

Hello, 

This is an option that you can adjust using the setting menu on the car with the ignition key in second position.
