I have been asked to fit a new headunit into a 2018 Aygo (originally had a two button radio).

The new unit is an 'Eonon UA13' Android unit, purchased by the car's owner. I'm not usually a fan of Chinese headunits but I've tested this one out on the bench and it seems to work really well. I notice it has a three wire input for resistive steering wheel controls. Does anyone know if the Aygo uses resistive controls, or do I need to tell the owner she needs to buy an interface for digital steering wheel controls? Thanks.

You'll need to hook the 3 wires into pin 19, 20 and 21

19 = SW1 (Light Blue)

20 = SW2 (Light green)

21 = Steering Wheel Signal Ground (Black)

Once you hooked up everything, fire up the head unit then map the keys.

(I've recently installed Pioneer SPH-DA360DAB from my 2012 Aygo into the 2015 Aygo.  It took me a bit of research to get everything working.)

So its resistive then.  Many thanks indeed - that's really useful.
