Toc Signature Banner

Hi All,

I have just taken a landscape picture of my pride and joy (Steady now! ), I want to add it to my signature - but as you can see from below, its just coming up too big.....I am using PSP8, but how can I resize it so that it fits well under my signature?

Any help please! I know its something simple...but....well its not happening!

In PSP8, Click Image- Resize

Then have settings to go to 30% with Smart size on all layers, should do the trick
