cable connection failure

HI all hope your all ok I'm new read your comments and it seems like a problem with all bz4x cars. I have just had my first ev 2024 and I have the same problem this is a brand new car and should not have this issue Toyota have had plenty of time to resolve it as I see comments from 2022 I returned my car to the main dealer and explained the issues the car was taken to the charging point and plugged in and it worked this was checked several times and worked until I suggested to using the car's cable and it failed every time the mechanic said what in reception and he will arrange to have a new cable. Then a man from the office appeared and said that the issue was sum dirt in the plug terminal. and we sent on our way. first time we charged the car it happened again. ??? I am so frustrated with Toyota what now??

There appears to be a design issue with the locking pin in the car's charging port. I have an open ticket with Toyota and am awaiting a resolution.
