Change engine oil warning light (the spanner key) is always on, on my Toyota Urban Cruiser. I changed the oil engine but the warning yellow light is still on. I used the trick with "trip A", the warning light is gone for two days and shows up again. I have tried many times this trick but always the same, after two days the change oil warning light came back again. Knows anybody how to make disappear for good. Thank you.

Hi Artan,If the Change Engine Oil warning light keeps coming back after changing the oil and resetting it with the trip A method, there could be a few reasons for this It’s possible that the reset procedure isn’t being fully completed or there’s a slight variation needed for your specific model. Double check that you’re following the exact steps. Even a small timing difference can affect the reset. There’s also a chance that the oil change reminder system itself might be malfunctioning, causing the light to reappear after a reset. This might require a more thorough check. There could be an issue with the oil level or pressure sensor, or it could be an electrical issue causing the warning light to keep coming back. These problems would also need to be checked. If you’ve tried the reset multiple times and the light still returns, it’s probably best to have the car checked by a mechanic . They can diagnose underlying issues with the oil change reminder system or other related components to make sure the warning light stays off for good.😀
