Yaris T-Sport 1,5 2002 Holes in exhaust.

Hi everyone, I have a question concerning my five-door Yaris T-Sport from 2002. My exhaust has recently started to crack and receiving some holes due to rust. It sounds cool xD, but I want to get rid of the holes and the rust to keep it as fresh as possible. The rust is mainly around a connection between the middle pipe and the end muffler. I've attached two pictures that shows the issue.

 

Pic 1: Does anyone know the OEM number for the middle pipe (the most shiny pipe)? I found some similar parts, but most of these sites where I found these tells me that the exhaust does not match my engine (1,5 vvti) and that they are made for 1,0 vvti:s. P 

Pic 2: The connection where the rust has started to create a little hole. Is there any permanent and relatively easy fix to this without swaping the whole middle pipe?

 

I have found a third part brand "VEGAZ" that make exhaust pipes for the car. All sites suggest the model "VEGAZ TS-368" over the "VEGAZ TS-256". Very similar looking - what is the difference?

 

Last question: Is there any parts catalogue where I can find the OEM numbers for my specific toyota?
