Vehicle does not start at (video attached)

This problem started today. As the attached video shows, the starter motor does not turn. I initially thought this was a Battery issue so I connected the Battery to another vehicle with jump leads but it made no difference.

What could the problem be?

Your 'video' has only sound, no picture! I suspect the ignition switch may have failed. If you know a mechanic or auto electrician to test the starter, that would confirm the ignition switch.

That looks to me like the ignition switch has faulty. But please turn off the heater and any other items to give the Battery a good chance! Check your fuses and relays or someone experienced do it for you.

On your car being the T25 model, it should be easy to change. I had the previous model a T22, and I had the same fault. This was about 15 years ago. I got a new one from Toyota and changed it a few yards away from the dealership. I had already knew how to get to it, so 20 minutes later, I was on my way.
Back story, I bought one from Japarts specialist from Edgware, but it was wrong! I drove from the other side of London to return it, and they didn't have the correct one. My car would not start, so I walked to Jemca nearby and got new switch in minutes (£40 at the time), walked back and replaced the switch.
To get to the switch, remove the steering column lower cover by find and removing the screws, you will need to turn the steering wheel covering some of the screws. You should see the at the end of the key barrel. Unplug the connector to the switch and undo the screws holding the switch. Replace the switch and refit is reverse of removal.

So I called breakdown services on Wednesday and the guy said its the starter motor and we successfully push started it. The vehicle has been starting ever since (weird). I even took it to an alternator specialist the following day and he couldn't find an issue, but they asked me to tap the starter motor next time it happens then bring it over. confused(dot)com.

It is a sign of a dying starter think of the motor as the wheel of fortune you will hit Bankrupt at some point

if the car is manual stick it in gear (1st or 2nd) and roll the car forwards or backwards, take it out of gear and try to start it
