Backup needed for tomtom tns400

Hi, I had to put a new SD card in to the tomtom tns400.  I did the update from tomtom home, but it showing 'no maps installed'. 

Can anyone help, if you have a back up of the tns400 on your PC.

Did your SD card die, i take it you are trying to make a new sd, if you do not have a backup you will need to find a oem tom tom card
