Just looked at a Yaris cross excel.  Like it but the nav screen is abysmal.  Is it possible to change the brightness? The salesman wasn’t sure but that could be ‘sales speak’ for no.

if its the current model and has the same screen as a Yaris then I can adjust it on my normal Yaris excel. You could go to toyota site and download the manual to check though

I can not remember about changing screen brightness on my Yaris Cross, but I remember it could be set for day or night viewing, or set it for automatic. Maybe the one you looked at was on night setting?

Yes, brightness can be adjusted. I toned down the brightness in our Yaris a couple of months ago.

Bear in mind, that our Yaris is a MY22.
