Today we ordered our new Yaris Premier, from our local Toyota dealer in Estepona, it is due for delivery in January 2025. It replaces our 2016  Fiat 500. I joined this group to gain an insight into the car and Toyota as a brand. Specifically, initially, to search out reference for the wheel size debate. We live here in Estepona and the car is our basic runaround and for use on the occasional trips around Spain and into Portugal. Because the old town of Estepona is very tight with narrow street access to our garage, access to which is equally challenging, we needed to remain with a compact car, that was not stressful. Unlike my A8 which was a beautiful car but a nightmare. The 500 was and is still a delight, and what we really wanted was a 500 with the ride of an A8 or an S class😆

We did try the new Mazda MX30 RERV, which I have to say was a nice car but my wife was uncomfortable with it. So the Yaris it was. All for now whilst I go trawling through the forum. Thanks for reading my dribble!

Hi Michael, welcome to the TOC forums. 🤝 I actually enjoyed reading your...err... "dribble" 😅 It conjured up images in my mind of tight narrow roads with even tight er corners to navigate!! What a nightmare! 😨

On the other hand, yes, wouldn't it be lovely to have a 500 with the ride of an A8 or an S class - and the same power!! 🙃 😄
