Replacement bottom mirror covers - XA50 (2020)

Hello, does anyone know where I could buy the bottom mirror cover, such as these? I want to install a 360 camera system, so I can drill a hole or fit the after market camera to the OEM camera cover, even if the diameter is slightly different. The puddle light hole is a must, and I could only find covers on AliExpress with or without a camera hole, but always without the puddle light hole, which is a shame.
I did a dry run on the 360 system and it works fine, so the next step is actually installing all of the cameras. Any help sourcing the bottom mirror covers would be appreciated, as I'm hesitant to drill the camera holes on the original covers.

These are the covers that I've found but without the puddle light holes, so unfortunately they don't suit me. Worst case I could try designing and 3d printing my own, but I'd rather try buying the parts first

Alternatively, does anyone know where I could find a 3D model for either of these parts?
