Need a Battery, bought the closest size from Costco but the bracket does not secure it. Anyone know which exact Bosch Battery I need?

Bosch 026 has been suggested but seems bigger than the one that came out, perhaps someone fitted the wrong size to mine in Japan.....

If the Battery is the correct rating, you could use a small piece of wood against the clamp to keep the Battery secure. Around 5 years ago, I needed a new Battery for my Mk2 Yaris. The old battery was larger than the new one, despite having the same rating for a stop/start system. It's never thrown up any advisories for the MOT test.

**SOLVED**

Correct Battery is a Bosch S4 E40 which was special order from Costco and exactly the right size with square edges just like the original.  The 2.4 should be the same Battery.
