Very curious if the head-up display can be added to my XP210 Yaris 2021

Do I need anything additional?

yes you can, but the dashboard trim is not cheap, you can cut your existing dash as the hud cut out is marked on the rear of the trim

 

55313-K0060 with HUD, centre speaker

55414-K0020 hud trim

the windscreen is also different, but you can get a stick on film if required

It turns out the windscreen is the same so that's one less thing to worry about! (I checked repeatedly when I had mine replaced)

It's probably possible - We had one crazy person retro-fit the factory  front and rear proximity sensors; Most of the wiring was already there and it integrated with the car systems, including the display, with no fuss.

It was just exceptionally expensive!

It's not difficult to work out the connections all I know is the dash trim is between £250-450 depending on the part number - be aware of the dash trim (K0010 and K0020) as it does not have the centre speaker (Yeah)

LHD and RHD are also different

I was hoping is more cheap to do as the display was cheap but the installation seems overly complicated
