2015 Avensis 2.0 D4D what to watch out for

I'm going to look at a 2015 d4d 2.0 avensis today. Is there anything to watch out for I believe its the BMW engine.

If it’s bmw engine best skip on and buy petrol only. 
If you are after economy best to consider a hybrid. 
Bmw engines are horribly made and has many issues plus expensive maintenance and even Toyota dealers aren’t any good of working on them. 
These cars best to be avoided. 
Buy Toyota think about hybrid or petrol. Avoid diesel or electric.

If it's the BMW engine in the revised 2015 model I'd avoid it. No direct experience but so many threads and reports regarding engine problems. I went with the 1.8 petrol and it's been faultless. 

Dpfs, turbo and engine problems on BMW kitted out cars undermine what was otherwise a good car.
