BZ4X charging cable removed by unknown person

We parked our BZ4X in a charging bay in a car park, started charging, all good. We went to the shops and about 15 minutes later got the app notification that charging had been interrupted. We thought it was a charger issue, so thought nothing about it. Headed back to the car about 5 minutes later and found the ccs cable that was plugged into our car plugged into the car in the next bay. They had somehow unplugged the cable from our car. Our car was locked so not sure that this should be possible. Anyone got any experience with this type of thing?
