Hello!
I'd love to upsize the front brake discs on my toyota yaris 2003 1.3vvti from 235mm to at least 255mm.
What brake calliper would you recommend?

For this car will be a limited choice If any at all.
The car likely to have 4 stud hubs where most other bigger Toyota models will have 5.
Perhaps an aftermarket specialist company that make larger sport type brake components, but again hardly anything will be available.
Only option will be brakes , hubs, discs, knuckles from tsport from these years.

Thanks for the replys.

The stock 235mm discs are simply too small and have such low heat capacity that makes them really easy to warp. I also don't like how fast brake fade sets in.

When it comes to brake discs I'll have no issue fabricating new mounting holes. It's just that none of the bigger callipers have the same distance between the mounting holes which complicates my upgrade since I'd have to make a custom mounting bracket and use a wheel spacer (which I don't want to do because I don't want the car to look sporty)

I've looked at the T-sport models of this year but there's no callipers for sale in my home country (Slovenia).

there are plenty of options but you are looking at 1000+ euros, another thing to consider is rim size anything over 255mm disc will not fit behind a 15" rim

you will need some sort of custom calliper bracket to convert to a larger disc anyway

edit. the 1.3 came with 2 different disc sizes, 235mm and 255mm, 255mm come on cars with rear discs

Considering how old the car is, I'd buy a car another with 255mm disc's plus what you using it for track days.
