Hi all 

I’ve just bought a 2018 rav4 hybrid 2.5 cvt 4WD

on inspecting the underside when having a service the mechanic noticed a small leak

he thinks it’s coming from the gearbox 

Can anyone please help or confirm what it is???

also what is that plastic ‘A’ panel
