Hi all, I own a 2011 C1 but I’m putting this on the Toyota forum because it shares mechanicals with the aygo.

its at 103000 miles and I want to change the gearbox oil, even though it is allegedly ‘for life’.

Does anyone know/can recommend the correct oil to carry out this? Thanks

Same as the manual:

Toyota LV 75w sold at £16-20 per litre

You can get it from eBay or Toyota (they are roughly the same price)

Fill capacity is 1.7 Litre on the Manual gearbox.  MMT should be the same.

(Afterall, MMT is just Manual gearbox with electronic clutch actuator and electronic gear selector slap onto it).

As above, but make sure it is GL4 grade/spec, so GL4 LV 75w, as anything else can wear/ruin gearbox internals.
