2005 D4D 2.0 no power

Hi, I have a 2005 d4d 2.0 Rav4.

It has no power. It tries to accelerate once in a while, but only for a short second.
But suddenly it ran perfectly for 5 days without a single loss of power.
But now the problem is back. Today I drove it lost all power and could not pull itself.
It came some time ago with code p0627.
I have had the SCV valves removed and they seemed to work as they should. They both moved when energized.
I have cleaned the EGR valve and new fuel filter.
Anyone have a suggestion as to where I should look next?
