Toyota Auris 2.0 diesel 2014 - radio navigation lost

Hi all,

I have a Toyota Auris 2.0 diesel 2014. 

It's born with bluetooth and navigation.

Yet, suddenly the navigation is lost and it say "system not installed". 

Furthermore, the bluetooth dont work all the time, and the radio restarts randomly frequently when driving.

 

Anyone that have seen same problem ?

did you check the back plugs of both radio and navi?

any fuse blown?

No i have not checked plugs or fuses.

I saw in another question that i could enter the service menu. This gave med below result.

Certainly you have no navigation module installed.

I have the same car as yours, and in the "EXT-BOX" screen it says "Version Main 2.15.5WL". That's the map version of the navi.

You'd better check the back connections.
