bmw m3s are no where near as quick as people try to make out, i troubled a 53 plate one earlier this year and my car was not exactly running at its best, he only managed to pull out any gaps when i was daydreaming so in the wrong gear, but as soon as i started boosting again he couldn't pull away. he was a bit suprised when i was actually catching him up from a 100mph start and pulling alongside with 165 on my speedo. i'd say on the whole his car was only ever so slightly faster and that was against a rev 1 turbo that'll only be running at absolute best 260bhp
