Hi All, 

 

Wondered if i could get some help  I have a RAV4 2008 d4d with around 185k on the clock recently have an issue with it going into limp mode when accelerating over approx 2700 RPM under that drives absolutely fine starts first time every time hot or cold. Fault Code comes up as p0093 visually checked for leaks none found. Oil change was due so did that just to prove there wasn't any fuel in the oil  at the same time fitted new fuel and air filters. cleared codes then took for test drive same again back into limp

Also EGR was recently cleaned before this issue came up to clear EGR codes
