SERA hard Start issues.

Good morning, I have a Hard Start Issue. This is what I have done to it, rebuilt the motor, reshim the cams, new fuel pump, new fuel filter, new injectors, new fuel pressure valve, new spark plugs, gap at 0.44, Denso 120 k, new 7mm plug wires, new igniter, new rotor, new distributor.

So when the car is cold it takes 3 tries to fire up, but in the process you can hear it trying to start on 2 cylinders. Then after the 3 try, it will start up. When the car gets to temperature it runs great. The car will start right away when the car is hot. I'm at my wits end. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Remove the ECU and get it thoroughly checked for bad capacitors.
